There are a few requirements you need to complete prior to writing Annuity applications:
- Agents need to complete all applicable State required training
- Agents need to complete all required F&G product training
- Agents need to complete their AML certification
- Agents need to provide proof of E&O insurance
Do I need to complete State required training before selling Annuities in that State?
Yes, all agents need to complete the State’s required training. You can track in your F&G portal the list of states where you are licensed. This means you can track the list of states where you are appointed and have taken the required training.
