First time logging in
  1. Go to https://saleslink.fglife.com/.
  2. Enter your agent number as your username. You can find your agent ID in the packet F&G will mail you or you can contact F&G's contracting team.
  3. Use a lowercase “s” followed by your social security number (no dashes or spaces) as your initial password.
  4. Change your password in your login preferences in the My Account tab at the top menu.

How long does contracting take to be processed?
Contracting paperwork will be processed in 3-5 business days.

Can I get contracted for both F&G’s IUL and Annuity products?
Yes, using SureLC you can submit the necessary paperwork to get appointed for both F&G’s IUL and Annuities products

What are the key requirements to get contracted to sell F&G’s Annuity products?
There are a few requirements you need to complete prior to writing Annuity applications:

  • Agents need to complete all applicable State required training
  • Agents need to complete all required F&G product training
  • Agents need to complete their AML certification
  • Agents need to provide proof of E&O insurance

Do I need to complete State required training before selling Annuities in that State?
Yes, all agents need to complete the State’s required training. You can track in your F&G portal the list of states where you are licensed. This means you can track the list of states where you are appointed and have taken the required training.

You will need to contact F&G Agency Services (800-445-6758 option 4, option 1).

Who do I contact for product-related questions?
F&G’s Salesdesk team (866-477-7932) is your go-to resource for all day-to-day sales support needs.

Where do I view my compensation pay?
You can either log in to your F&G portal to view any compensation payment information OR contact F&G Agency Services (800-445-6758 option 4, option 2).

Note: F&G encourages all agents to be set up on ACH/EFT compensations.
