Our data warehouse supports critical workloads, making data correctness essential. We built a custom CLI tool to compare tables generated by code changes in PRs against their production counterparts, reducing unintended changes in production.

Now that our team has had a grasp of bug escalation and triaging, our next phase involves working more closely with all of our corresponding teams to make our product better and more efficient. Using operational excellence leads to fewer bugs, more net positive launches, and ensuring that our stakeholder experience is smooth.

In pursuit of Ethos’ quest to protect the next one million families, we have worked to expand beyond our D2C and agent channels into the enterprise space. As part of this initiative, we collaborated with our partners to better understand their needs and how Ethos could best support them.
